Boudin SF Roseville is located at 1017 Galleria Boulevard in The Fountains shopping center. Boudin SF is a welcoming, fun and family-friendly restaurant that serves freshly-made breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the popular Boudin San Francisco tradition, all featuring Boudin Bakery’s legendary sourdough bread. Each Boudin SF location features an on-premises interactive bakery manned by Boudin’s friendly expert bakers; a warm, lively and entertaining décor; and an array of San Francisco art and imagery reflecting Boudin’s 160-year San Francisco heritage.

Boudin Bakery, established in 1849 and the oldest continuous operating business in San Francisco, is the creator of the Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread that has enthralled generations of San Franciscans and is sought after by visitors from around the world. Boudin Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread is baked fresh throughout the day in each Boudin SF location. Boudin bakers use a portion of the original “Mother Dough” and Boudin’s original recipe from 1849 to create Boudin’s distinctively flavorful bread. Leavened only with wild yeast “caught” from San Francisco’s fog-cooled air, Boudin’s original “Mother Dough” has been replenished with flour and water every day for 160 years. In keeping with French baking traditions, accomplished Boudin bakers mix, shape, score and bake Boudin’s bread at each Boudin SF restaurant everyday. Each loaf takes 72 hours to create and is served fresh from the oven.
